Ex- Rivers PDP Chairman Ake Dies At 76
A former chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Rivers State, Chief Godspower Umejure Ake, is dead. Ake, who quit the PDP for the All Progressives Congress (APC) alongside the Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, died of prostate cancer at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Idi-Araba yesterday night.
