Suspected Kidnapper Arrested In Lagos (PHOTOS)

This suspected kidnapper was apprehended at Olowo Street, Odi-Olowo in Lagos state today. When he was apprehended, he told a mob who was set to lynch him that he takes to kidnapping because of the harsh economic condition. He has since been handed over to the police for further interrogation.
